Airline First Officer Course
Course Overview
TAS offers the ATPL Integrated with Airbus A320 Type Rating program, including the MCC and a JET Orientation Training. ATPL is a continuous and comprehensive training program for future airline pilots that is offered to applicants without needing any previous flying experience.
This program is specifically designed to provide an immediate advantage to those who enter the aviation industry, because it can sustain a consistent quality, even though it is quicker. From the basics of single and multi-engine flying to the Airline Jet, Airbus A320 Type Rating you will be trained by active captains/instructors of our collaborating airline companies. The Theoretical and Flight training hours offered in our course by far exceed the minimum hours required by FAA/EASA.
Extended Requirements
- Valid Aviation Medical Certificate Class 1
- Undergo the basic Pilot Aptitude Assessment, the EPST Compass Test.
Training
Theoretical Training is conducted in TAS's Training Centres located at the Eastern province.
Simulator Training is performed in our FNPT II approved for Instrument Rating, MCC and JET orientation training, located in TAS's Training Centre in Eastern province.
Flight Training is performed with one of our partners centres around the world.
A320 Full Flight Simulator Training is performed in our center located in Eastern province.
Training Schedule (Eastern province)
All ground-school phases of the program are delivered at our training center in Eastern province. This includes theoretical instruction, CBT sessions, classroom work, and simulator preparation modules.
For the flight-training phase, trainees will travel to one of our approved partner facilities in the Middle East, Europe, or the United States, depending on the program structure and aircraft availability. These partnerships ensure high-quality flying experience in professional training environments.
Upon completion of the flight phase, trainees return to Eastern province to begin the advanced stage of their program, which includes the A320 Type Rating and related simulator sessions.
This training pathway ensures a smooth progression from theory to real flight experience and onward to airline-level qualification.
Training Fleet
Flight Training phases are conducted in approved partner facilities in the Middle East, Europe or USA, depending on client requirements.
For the Aircraft Base Training if required for the EASA/FAA and GACA type rating endorsement, are performed in conjunction with cooperating airlines.
Base Training
After the completion of the Airbus A320 Type Rating, 6 take-offs and landings will be scheduled with partner Airline.
English Language Training
Aviation English Training, if required, can be scheduled after assessment of your written and verbal skills.
Training Contract
A training contract will be signed prior starting the course between the trainee and TAS. Once signed Prices and Training program will remain fixed throughout the course.
